| All of our mills are CNC programmable and utilize Fidia controllers for accuracy and dependability. Each machine has automatic scaling features and is connected (via Ethernet) to our computer room for continuous transfer of CAD data.
Four of our Heyligenstaedt vertical mills (models FSA-1800 and FKSA-1800) offer a bed area of 78" x 244" and machining speeds from 20 to 3000 RPM with feed rates up to 157" per minute. These machines are capable of handling up to 20 tons of weight on their bed plate.
Our four (4) Jo'Mach vertical mills offer five axis heads for both roughing and high speed finishing. Machine speed ranges from 1330 to 4000 RPM on the Jobs Machine model 245 and up to 15,000 RPM on the Jobs Machine model #23 for high speed finish work. Bed sizes are 80" x 200" and 140" x 220".
The two FTP MRX series horizontal milling/boring mills have a fixed bed area of 100" x 200" with an additional rotating bed palte for increased versatility. Machine speed ranges up to 4000 RPM. | |
